We remember, and say the name...
... Alison Stroming!
When Alison is dancing in Real Time, at
regular speed...it seems as though
everything is in Beautiful Slow Motion
all around! She is an Illusion...a Surreal
Optical Illusion! Her processions
through the Ballet pieces border on
magical, but she isn't using cantrips on
us...no...maybe she is only innocently
blurring the line between what we expect
and what we see!...leaving us in head-
scratching amazement!
Alison also has a mid-upper-lip
Winge's Peak (elatus labialis wingeulus)
called "Protagonist!"
Black Ballet History Month,
celebrated each year in August, was
founded by Ralph C. Winge, D.D.S.
in 2025 to recognize, celebrate,
and honor, with deep pride, the
countless Black Men, Women,
and Organizations who
tirelessly gave, and are giving, their
time, talent, and physical treasure to
exquisitely create, interpret, and put
on historical and memorable
Professional Ballet Productions the
World over and to teach and mentor
upcoming generations of performers!
The Founder of Black Ballet History Month,
Ralph C. Winge, D.D.S.,
is also a Classical Ballet enthusiast,
USC Dental School Graduate,
and elucidator of elatus labialis wingeulus.
